01 General Terms

Account Verification (KYC)

• InstaPay / PESONet: Within 1–24 hours
• Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank): 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days

All transactions on JL356 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Amounts are displayed in PHP with comma-separated thousands (e.g., ₱10,000; ₱100,000).

05 Bonuses & Promotions

JL356 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

06 Games & Betting Rules

11 Suspension & Termination

JL356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Your account is subject to a regulatory order or law enforcement request.
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.

In cases of account suspension for suspected fraud or Terms violations, JL356 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is found, the balance will be released and the account restored or closed at the player's choice.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
